How it works

How a day's water deliveries run in Aqurix

    Take the orders

    Calls start at 6 am. Each order is entered against the customer with the number of cans, so by 7 the day's demand on every route is clear before the vans are loaded. Regular customers are quick to enter because they are already on file.

    Load and deliver route by route

    Each van takes its route list. As cans are dropped at homes, offices and shops, the deliveries are marked against the orders, so the office can see which stops are done.

    Collect and close the day

    Cash and UPI collected on the round are recorded against each customer. In the evening the office sees what was delivered, what was paid and which dues are still open.

What is water can delivery software?

Is Aqurix right for a small distributor with one or two vans?

Yes. Even one van serving 150 customers is a lot to keep in a diary. Aqurix is set up for your size, so a single-van distributor and a plant with several routes follow the same order, delivery and payment steps.

Can delivery staff use Aqurix on a mobile phone?

Yes. Aqurix runs in a web browser, so delivery staff can open it on an Android phone while on the route, and the office uses it on a computer.

Can Aqurix make GST bills for monthly customers?

Aqurix raises bills for monthly accounts such as offices and apartments, with your business details on them. Your accountant can continue filing GST from Tally, and we export the billing data they need.

Can Aqurix send delivery and payment reminders on WhatsApp?

That is coming soon. WhatsApp sending is not live in any ZUGEE product yet. Today the outstanding list tells your staff whom to remind, and we will let you know when reminders can go out from Aqurix itself.
