How a guest's stay runs in Resortique

    Take the booking

    A family from Chennai calls for a cottage in Kodaikanal over the Pongal weekend. The desk checks free cottages for those dates, books one and records the advance. If they ask for an extra mattress for a child, that goes on the booking too.

    Check in and add services

    On arrival their details are recorded at check-in. Through the stay, the campfire, the jeep ride and the extra breakfast are added to their room as they happen. The desk does not need to chase the kitchen or the activity team for paper slips.

    Check out and settle

    At checkout the bill already shows the room nights, services and advance. The balance is paid, the stay is closed and the cottage shows free for the next guest. The guest leaves with a clear bill, and the desk closes the day without adding up slips.

What is resort management software?

Resort management software runs a property's rooms, bookings, guests, check-in and check-out, services and payments from one system. Resortique is ZUGEE's resort management software for resorts, small hotels and homestays in India.

Is Resortique suitable for a small homestay?

Yes. A small homestay often has one person doing bookings, guests and bills, which is exactly when a single system helps most. Resortique is set up for your rooms and services only. You can start with bookings and billing, and add services when you are ready.

Can I see bookings on my mobile phone when I am away from the property?

Yes. Resortique runs in a web browser, so you can check bookings and occupancy on an Android phone from anywhere, while the desk works on a computer.

Does Resortique make GST bills for guests?

Resortique prepares the checkout bill with room charges, services and payments. Your accountant can keep handling GST filings in Tally, and we export the billing data they need.

Can Resortique send booking confirmations on WhatsApp?

Not yet; WhatsApp sending is coming soon to ZUGEE products. Your desk shares confirmations as it does today, and the booking and advance are recorded in Resortique either way.

How much does Resortique cost?

Resortique's price depends on the number of users and properties, plus a one-time setup fee for setting up your rooms, tariffs and services and training the front desk. We share a clear quote on a short call.
