How it works

How a load moves through Fleetova

  1. 1

    Take the booking

    A customer calls for a load from Coimbatore to Chennai. The office enters the booking with the pickup, drop, date and agreed rate, so nothing depends on someone's memory.

    Assign the vehicle and run the trip

    The booking is given a free vehicle and a driver. The trip is created against both, and the office can see which vehicles are out and which are at the yard. If a vehicle is in for service, the office sees that before promising it to a customer.

    Close the trip and send the bill

    When the load is delivered, the trip is closed and billed from its own record. The bill and the trip stay linked, so payment follow-up starts from facts, not from a diary. At month end your accountant gets the billing data for Tally without anyone retyping bills.

What is fleet management software?

Fleet management software is one system for running your vehicles: which vehicle and driver go on which trip, what each vehicle needs in maintenance, and what each trip should be billed. Fleetova is ZUGEE's fleet management software, built for transport businesses in India.

Is Fleetova suitable for a small transport business with only a few vehicles?

Yes. The problems of a paper logbook start with the second vehicle, not the fiftieth. Fleetova is set up around your business, so an owner with a handful of trucks or cabs uses the same bookings, trips, maintenance and billing screens as a larger fleet, without the parts they do not need.

Can my office staff and supervisors use Fleetova on a mobile phone?

Yes. Fleetova runs in a web browser, so staff can open it on an Android phone as well as on the office computer. Each person signs in with their own login and sees only what their role allows.

Can Fleetova make GST bills for transport services?

Yes. The Billing module raises bills for completed trips with your business and customer details. Your chartered accountant can keep using Tally for returns and audits, and we can export the billing data they need in a format they can work with.

Does Fleetova send trip updates or bills to customers on WhatsApp?

Not yet. WhatsApp sending is coming soon to ZUGEE products. Today you can share bills and trip details with customers the way you already do, and we will tell you on your demo call when WhatsApp sending is ready.

How much does Fleetova cost?
